Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer was measured at greater than 400 ppm quats in a few spray bottles and one container.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer concentration adjusted to 200 to 400 ppm quats. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Manufacturer label instructions reviewed with management at time of inspection.

Observation: Spill observed on floor in basement area (drainage pipe located near ice machine was not above floor drain).
Corrective Action(s): Drainage pipe relocated above floor drain. Ensure pooling water is removed from this area as it may potentially attract pest activity.

Routine health inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.*
Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more.
Thermometers available for cold holding units.
Hand sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in the rinse residual at the utensil surface.
Bar glasswasher measured 12.5 to 25 ppm iodine in the rinse residual.
General sanitation satisfactory. Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in clean dry container outside of machine.
No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
*One kitchen prep cooler measured 6 degrees C at the time of inspection. Staff had adjusted the unit and the temperature was observed to be dropping during the inspection (5 degrees C). Continue to monitor temperature and ensure food is maintained at 4 degrees C or less. Re-adjust unit as necessary.
