Routine inspection: -handsinks fully equipped -good handwashing practices observed -walk in cooler at 1C -temperature log in use -walk in freezer at -18C - large accumulation of ice noted at the back, operator informed there was a leak that was fixed in August, freezer to be cleaned this week -bleach/water bucket at 200ppm chlorine -composting no longer being separated so new containers not obtained
