Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not dispensing any sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted tube in sanitizer bucket. Re-tested at 100ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is monitored when dishwasher is in use.

-good handwashing practices observed
-walk in cooler at 1C
-temperature log in use
-walk in freezer at -18C - large accumulation of ice noted at the back, operator informed there was a leak that was fixed in August, freezer to be cleaned this week
-bleach/water bucket at 200ppm chlorine
-composting no longer being separated so new containers not obtained
