New change of owner.
Layout plan, food safety plan, sanitation plan, menu (breakfast & lunch) provided to EHO.
Permit fee of $100 by 010 (chq #) provided to EHO during this inspection. Effective date Aug 5/15
Garage storage area has storage that will be removed and is not needed for operation.
No food storage allowed in this area unless given health approval first. Currently, one shelf is being used for packaged food storage (no open items allowed).
Coolers < 4 C and equipped with thermometers.
Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels.
Hooks have been installed for staff in staff washroom.
Pest control is in place. Orkin company has been contracted for pest control management on monthly basis.
Dishwasher reached 72.3 C at dish level for sanitizing cycle.
The following requires your attention:
* Include dishwasher testing temperatures and quat (sanitizer) concentrations as per your daily checks.
* Email list of baked goods to EHO
As a condition to your permit, you are required to install/finish back room area with easy to clean material for walls and the ceiling.
This must be completed by August 19, 2016.
