-All handwash station adequately stocked
-Allrefrigeration units <4C
-All freezers <-18C
-All hotholding units are >60C
-Dishwaasher reached a temp 75 oC at palte.
-Quats sanitizer buckets tested at >200ppm
-Ice machines are clean, scoop are stored properly
-Food are labelled 6" off the ground and in containers, foods are covered and labeled in walk in cooler
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff ( rush hour inspection) hair net, proper glove usage, washing hands, clean apron/uniform.
-No pest observed during time of inspection.

** Prep cooler : temp of top parts and under is a bit elevated (7-9 oC):been open and close a lot , top part is close to hot holding units: staff advised that foods are used in less then one hour normally- keep an eye on it monitor temp and take action
** noted staff coat hanged beside food prep area- staff belongings to be store in designated area away from food and food related stuff. Corrected at time of visit.
**General sanitation is ok, more frequent cleaning when it is busy would help
