The following has been corrected during the inspection:

209 - Spring rolls, lettuce and prawns covered in prep cooler
- Rice scoop stored in ice *Change out once every 2 hrs
- Bowls and cups removed from outside of dry food container
- All other items on previous noted still required corrections

*NOTE: Ensure ready to eat foods stored at room temperature are used up within 2 hours or less, otherwise food item must be discarded.
