- behind a fridge by the storage room door

All food stored in pest proof containers and 6inch off the floors.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and affected areas sanitized on a daily basis as discussed at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. Secondary cook step done on griddle.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle.
- 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
- Washroom satisfactory. Dry storage room satisfactory.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory throughout, except mentioned above.
