Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Reminder: Do not remove the liquid soap dispensers and the paper towel dispensers from the handsinks.

Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F or less.
Walk-in-freezer was -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F or less.
Hot-held food (soups, chili, and meat) were 60 degrees C / 140 degrees F or hotter.
Temperature records were being maintained.

200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths and the from the dispenser.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 79.5 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
It was discussed that the ice machine scoops should be washed and sanitized at least every 4 hours if not sooner.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Both the owner/operator and manager are certified in Advanced FST.
