Observation: Plastic damaged inside ice machine top side where ice is made.
Undercounter storage cooler running too warm. Manager was aware and technician en route. No perishables stored inside.
Corrective Action(s): Replace damaged plastic.
Donot store perishables in undercounter counter until it has been repaired and is cold holding at <4c.
