Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied. - Cooler operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezer in pantry operating at required temperature of -18'C. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - Bleach available on site. Ensure to have the sanitizer spray bottle replaced prior to next use. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.1'C at the plate level after final rinse. - No evidence of pest activity observed. Traps in place. - General sanitation of the facility satisfactory. NOTE: No food prep is occurring in the kitchen until renovation is complete. Kitchen is currently used for food storage and dishwashing of reusable dishware/utensils only. NOTE: Ice machine has been reconnected yesterday. Full cleaning/disinfection required prior to use as discussed at this time. Please contact the health inspector once renovation is complete. No signature required due to Covid-19.
