Observation: No sanitizer (quat) detectable in both sanitizer spray bottle as well as manual sanitizing sink. Staff have been further diluting the sanitizer solution from dispenser. This is not necessary, the solution is already diluted.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to rewash and sanitize all food contact surfaces. Contact your chemical supplier to get more test strips (1 week); sanitizer strength should be as per manufacturer's direction (Keystone Multi-quat liquid sanitizer 200 - 400 ppm quat okay for food contact surfaces).
