Observation: Light intensity needs to be increased in grill area. Several light fixtures observed not working in exhaust canopy. This can be addressed in the upcoming reno. Shelving in liquor room requires fillingnad repainting. This can be addressed in the upcoming reno.
Corrective Action(s): Increase light intensity. Light intensity must be at least 50 lux at food preparation surfaces.
