Follow up to initial inspection is conducted and following is observed: Quats sanitizer dispenser is installed now, concentration of solution is measured at 200ppm quats. Test strips are available. Hot holding unit is turned on, temperature is measured at greater than 60c. Accurate thermometers are available in all coolers and freezers. Liquid hand soap and paper towel available at hand sink in bar area. Test strips for iodine sanitizers (glass washer) are available. All ceiling tiles are replaced. Copy of FOODSAFE level 1 of chef is submitted. Revised Sanitation Plan is submitted. *Permit fee is collected by cheque #18 in the amount of $229.17 (May 2022 - Mar 2023) *Health approval is granted.
