Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A cracked knife with tape around the handle, plastic container with melted spots and a measuring cup with melted rim found. Replace these items and any other damaged items/equipment. Do not tape knives as it then becomes a non-cleanable surface.

Ice machine well maintained
Logs one kept for coolers and freezers * ensure logs are taken in the morning. The upright cooler in the bake station is missing some morning recordings.
