Follow up inspection:
-Under-the-counter cooler was re-serviced and it was 3.9 degrees C (4 degrees C or less).
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was set up in the 2-compartment sink.
-The manual dishwashing sign explaining the "wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry" steps in Korean was provided to the operator.
-Garbage bags and avocado trays were not being used to cover open bags of dry food.
-Wiping cloths were available inside chlorine sanitizer buckets.
-Raw meat was stored below ready to eat food.

The following is still outstanding from the routine inspection report:
Obtain a food grade lid for the dry food container to ensure that all open bags of dry food are covered in pest proof containers during storage.
