Temperature records up to date.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control company comes onsite regularly.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
Discussed with manager how popcorn machines are cleaned.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
