-Follow-up inspection to April 21, 2023. -Back handwash station hot water has been serviced and was functioning. -Areas with rodent droppings have been clean and sanitized. Operator to continue to monitor for pest activity and inform the mall pest management operator if conditions persist of worsen. -Walk-in cooler shelving units have been cleaned. Ensure all equipment is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. -Did not observe foods double stacked directly on top of one another at the time of inspection. -Did not observe foods stored in opened metal cans at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
