Routine inspection:
-counter beside ice machine has been replaced
-three compartment sink for dishwashing in the back has been hooked up, supplied with hot and cold running water and dishwashing sign posted
*handsinks fully equipped but roll of paper towel sitting on the counter at each sink and wall mounted paper towel dispensers not in use - refill dispensers or install new paper towel holders/dispensers
-hot holding at >60C
-coolers at 4C or less
-freezers at -18C or less
*ensure that ice scoop is kept outside of ice machine in designated container - recommend creating a sign for the front of the unit to remind people
-two staff on site both state that they have taken FoodSafe but no certificates on site, ensure copies of certificates are kept here
