Follow up to initial inspection.

The following has been corrected:
-All rice warmers have been cleaned.
-All coolers and freezes (walk-ins, prep. and display) have been cleaned.
-All storage racks have been cleaned.
-Fan covers have been cleaned.
-Bins for bulk products have been cleaned.
-Trolleys have been cleaned.
-Floor drains in walk-in coolers are now clear.
-Ceiling vents in kitchen and back storage room are cleaned.
-Underneath and behind cookline is clean.
-Bleach sanitizer bottles available in front area and throughout kitchen.
-Bleach sanitizer in all spray bottles = 100 - 200 ppm.
-All sanitizer bottles are clearly labeled.
-Cold water knob at 2-comp. sink has been replaced.
-Paper towels available at hand sink in front area.
-Soap dispensers mounted at all hand washing stations.
-Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine at dish level.

FOODSAFE Certificate copies submitted.
Permit fee of $187.50 (cheque #143) submitted.
Copy of menu to be emailed to health inspector.
Manual dishwashing, handwashing and employees only signage provided to operator.
