Comments

All freezers were < -18 C, with the exception of the large freezer on the left hand side of the store. They were at -10 C due to the defrost cycle and had just turned back on. Temperature logs were up to date. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer spray bottle available for use onsite. It tested at 400 ppm, however, no food preparation is taking place here. No evidence of pests. Traps were in place. This store sells pre-packaged foods only. General sanitation was satisfactory.
