Observation: Drive thru hand wash station still not equipped with liquid soap or paper towels as noted during initial inspection. This sink must remain available for hand washing purposes. This was to be corrected as noted in the initial inspection..
Corrective Action(s): Install liquid soap and paper towel dispenser as discussed and agreed to at opening inspection. Follow up inspection to be completed on this issue. Please have work completed by re-inspection date noted on report.

Comments

Be careful with the water temperature for manual dishwashing. Observed the sanitize sink water (3rd compartment) at 55 C which is very hot. Recommend no hotter than 49 C and 45 C is typical.
Cooling units less than 4 C.
hot holding above 60 C.
sanitizer buckets all at or above 200 ppm Quats.

General cleaning and organization is very good at time of inspection.
