Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of all refrigeration units & hot holding met the regulatory requirement.
Walk in cooler at 1C
Walk in freezer at -16C
Under counter cooler at 4C
Prep cooler: internal temperature of random food inserts checked and recorded. Shredded cheese at 3C, marinara sauce at 2.3C and beef at 4.2C
Front beverage cooler at 3C
Hot holding units for soup above 60C
- All handwash sink (back and front) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in spray bottle and dispensing unit near 3 compartment sink.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food storage and handling practices were found satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.

Overall, facility is well maintained and well operated.
