Kitchen handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.

Freezer at - 18.0 C.
Surface sanitizer - available (100 ppm of Chlorine solution) at the kitchen.
Dry storage area - satisfactory.
Note: Pest proof containers for dry food storage available with proper lids.

Note: Sanitizer for the dishwasher is replaces. The dishwasher is primed at the time of inspection and Chlorine solution at 100 ppm.
