Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff did not change gloves after looking through files and prior to food handling.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff properly wash their hands or change gloves whenever hands/gloves become to prevent potential cross contamination. Staff member changed gloves and reviewed proper hand hygiene practices.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Wrap prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Sink plugs available and bleach present.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Equipment sanitation satisfactory. Minor amount of food debris on the sharpening guard on the deli slicer.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 27, 2021.
