Follow-up inspection conducted:

-All violations observed during the routine inspection now in compliance.
-All areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned. Walk-in freezer repaired and operating <-18'C at this time.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in 2 labelled spray bottles in kitchen, 1 at the servery and 1 for the dining hall.

Ensure all the above are in compliance at all times. As discussed, repeated violation in future inspections will result in further enforcement actions (i.e. issuance of Correction Order and/or Violation Ticket(s)).
