Comments

-Follow-up to inspection conducted April 19th, 2023:
-Sanitation has improved marginally, however, many surfaces in the food premises have not been adequately cleaned and sanitized
*Deep-clean the entire food premises. Every surface (floors, shelves, underneath tables/appliances/equipment) must be cleared of mouse droppings and debris, scrubbed with detergent, then sanitized with chlorine bleach solution.
*Remove all items from storage areas that are creating clutter, and/or not necessary for daily operation of the restaurant
*Contact your pest control technician to reset traps and re-assess the premises after cleaning
*Increase frequency of pest control visits from monthly to weekly visits until mouse activity is eliminated
-Reinspection scheduled for Friday, April 28th to confirm compliance with correction requirements.
