Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dirty utensils/containers were stored inside handsink at the kitchen area. Staff could not freely access the handsink for handwashing. Improper handwasing of food handler increase the risk of food contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Handsinks must not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Remove dirty utensils/containers and store them in a 3 compartment sink.

Observation: Sliding glass door cooler at 7-8C ambient air temperature with temperature switch adjusted below 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Stored only non potentially hazardous and/or cold potentially hazardous food for less than 4 hours inside the sliding glass door cooler. Service/fix the cooler to ensure ambient air temperature is at 4C or lower.
