Routine inspection: -handsink fully equipped -dishes washed manually in three compartment sink and sanitized with quats, no dishwashing at time of inspection -hot held food at 60C or greater -cold held food at 4C or less or -18C or less -creamers stored on ice at coffee self serve island at 2C -no signs of pests *temperature logs in use but many dates are missing one or more entries, ensure staff are consistently filling out the logs every 4 hours as per your Food Safety Plan
