Observation:
- Debris and broken glass bits observed underneath counter at the bar.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean the floor. The recent pest control report indicates there are rodent dropping observed in the area. Ensure to sanitize the area after cleaning. Cleaning should be done EVERY DAY after closing. Staff started cleaning the area at the time of inspection.
