Handsink is fully equipped. Cooler at 4C or below. Glasswasher reached 12.5 iodine from the rinse water. Sandwiches supplied by Cioffi's - they are served in bags they are packaged - no extra handling is involved. QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200pm Handwash station had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water Cooler for sandwiches in the tap area 4C.
