Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front display cooler containing potentially hazardous Indian sweets was measured to be 13C. All potentially hazardous Indian sweets were removed from the display cooler during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Front display cooler must be repaired/replaced in order to achieve a temperature 4C (40F) before using again.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee was observed washing hands without using liquid soap. Employee was told to wash hands during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All employees must be trained on how to practice proper hand hygiene. Employees must wash hand with warm water and liquid soap after soiling or potentially contaminating hands.

Observation: 1) Food items were observed to be on the ground throughout the facility, including the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer

Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure all food items are at least 6 inches off of the ground
2) All food items must be covered and protected against contamination with a food grade material

Observation: Cutting boards had lots of deep scratches and cuts and were worn out from use

Routine inspection:

- Walk-in cooler temperature was 4C or lower
- Upright cooler temperature was 4C or lower
- Walk-in freezer was -18C or lower
- Hot holding unit had a temperature of greater than 60C
- Mechanical dishwasher had chlorine concentration of at least 50ppm
- Indian sweet making machine used infrequently. Cleaned and sanitized after use.
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
