*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 28, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B52Q9G) - Door sweep at the back door touches the floor, but the floor needs to be leveled to completely remove the gap. - Cleaning appears to be performed in noted areas. Ensure clutter is minimized to allow for easy cleaning of the floors. - Previous pest control reports still need to be sent to the health inspector. Ensure copies of the reports are kept onsite for review.
