-High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 72 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
-Dry storage, clean plates/utensils storage satisfactory.
-QUAT sanitizer dispenser in good working condition; detected 200 ppm of QUAT. Ensure to have the water line connected at all times.
-Colour coded cutting boards are used
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition

-No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
