- Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory
- Hand washing sink in the front is supplied with paper towel and liquid soap
- Accurate thermometers are available at coolers
-Temp of dishwasher achieved 71 oC after 2 run
-Ice machine is turned off
-General sanitation is satisfactory

** Discussed obtaining cooling stick to help with cooling large batch of liquid foods
** Discussed cleaning behind equipment and monitoring for any possible rodent activity
** Discussed recording monitoring data in a log sheet ( twice for coolers, hot holding, and once a day for sanitizer level and dishwasher), a template to be provided to the operator.
