-Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. **Please ensure soap dispenser readily dispenses. -All cooler <or=4C -All freezers <or=-18C **Boxes of food observed piled in the walk in freezer blocking further access, please properly shelf/organize them as time permits when shipment arrives. -All hot holding at >60C -QUAT sanitizer at three compartment sink at 200ppm, however the buckets are measured to be at a lower concentration. **Please ensure sanitizer buckets are frequently changed. -Ventilation hood is maintained -Ice machine is maintained -Temperature logs are kept -Staff has FOODSAFE -No signs of pests are observed **Please work on cleaning hard to reach areas like underneath and behind equipment and shelving. Some handle of equipment observed to be sticky and greasy. Please do a thorough cleaning.
