=undercounter cooler (3C), sandwich cooler (3C), large sliding glassdoor cooler (4C), and small glassdoor cooler (2C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright freezers (small -20C and large -18C) and new chest freezer (-19C) measured < -18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77.7 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
=General sanitation was satisfactory, however some cleaning required underneath and around 2 compartment sink.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection, deli slicer was maintained in a sanitary manner
