Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Milk and creamer stored in thermos measured above 40F. Creamer was poured into a plastic cup and with a probe thermometer measured 56F. These were filled at approximately 8:00am today and are typically changed when they are empty according to staff
Corrective Action(s): Discard creamer and milk. Clean and sanitize thermos according to the 2 compartment sink method.
