Comments

- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Sanitizing sink was filled with 200 ppm bleach solution at time of inspection. Good. Remember this must ALWAYS be set up during all hours of operation. - New pest control contract has been set up. Monthly visits required; email all invoices to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca - New mechanical traps have been set up in several locations - No new rodent droppings seen at time of inspection - Ceiling panels have been replaced - All food stored in properly covered bins/containers at time of inspection - Reminder food must only be stored in designated areas - not out in hallway - Ventilation canopy has been repaired and was functional at time of inspection. *Professional cleaning of exhaust hood still required.
