- All outstanding violations have been addressed: - The mice droppings have been cleaned and the area sanitized. - The grease trap was serviced and is now working properly. The piping was clogged and needed a snake to clear it out. Also, a bigger hole was made for the exit of the grease trap and into the sewage pipes. The operator ran the water for 10 minutes while also running the dishwasher and there were no signs of malfunction/flooding from the grease trap.
