All ice cream cones are now stored upright in the cone holder or in their packaging. No cones were observed being stored directly on the ledge by the window. Bleach spray was at 100 ppm chlorine residual Dipper well was running and in use at time of inspection Liquid soap was available at handsink by the ice cream station. Thank you for the corrections
