302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator on-site informed that coffee brewer, trays are washed with detergent and water using the 2-compartment sink. No sanitizer used to sanitize the aformentioned items. Corrective Action(s): Educated operator on proper warewashing using 2-compartment sink. Provided 2-compartment sink handout. Ensure QUATs sanitizer solution for preparting 2nd compartment sink available on-site at all times. Frist compartment sink is used to wash kitchenware with detergent and water. 2nd compartment used to sanitize kitchenware. Violation Score: 5

Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer spray measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for ware washing. Stand-up coolers, displayer coolers, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Pest Control contracted out monthly. Recent pest report, December 5, 2022 indicate no rodent activity inside. Rodent activity outside only. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized .
