Routine inspection conducted.

Facility had undergone renovations and finally started food preparation and food processing onsite.

- Temperature of all coolers noted at or below 4C
- Freezers noted at or below -18C
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- Temperature logs maintained. Good.
- Handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS noted in 3rd sink.
- Sanitizer pails were refreshed at the time of inspection. The concentration recorded at 200ppm QUATS. Person incharge stated that the pails are refreshed every 2 hours or as needed.
- Vent hood maintained in sanitary condition.
- Certified pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Operating permit posted at the front service area.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
