Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door undercounter cooler in the front too warm air temperature ranged between 11degC to 15 deg C for over 30 minutes

As per worker the potentially hazardous foods were moved there from the Walk-in cooler less than an hour ago (6 inserts and sauce bottles)

Daily Temperature Logs (taken twice daily) checked -no check was made in the morning however previous days temperatures were logged at <4 deg C

Your food premise has repeatedly been cited for this critical infraction:
-July 21, 2020 routine inspection, report #ECAO-BRQQ8B, for both front preparation coolers resulting in a Closure Order
-July 19, 2021 routine inspection, report #ECAO-C53PSJ, for Walk-in cooler resulting in a Closure Order
