Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Previously used Cardboard box used to store buns/patties. Cardboard box originally used to store cooked corn Kernels.
Corrected during inspection. Items transferred to clean containers.

Corrective Action(s): This is bad practice as previously used cardboard boxes could have had items stored in such as raw meat or poultry.
Ensure all suppliers are delivering/supplying food items in clean, non-absorbant containers. Use food grade plastics. Cardboard is not suitable for ready to eat food items to be in direct contact with as it can not be cleaned and re-used.

- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Two functional sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Proper re-heating methods observed for previously cooked food items (toaster ovens are used)
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Meat slicer stored in good sanitary condition
- Receipts available on site for products except the sausage items.

NOTE: facility not able to locate receipts or invoices for sausages. Sausages unlabeled and individually wrapped. Food items placed on "HOLD" by Fraser Health until such time as records can be presented to Health Department. Health Inspector to return tomorrow. Please provide receipts to inspector today or tomorrow during inspection. DO NOT sell food items until such time as HOLD Order is rescinded. Failure to follow directions of Order will result in FINES.
