Hand wash stations fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, prep...etc)

2 hour time tracking posted for each pizza as per corporate food safety plans - no concerns.
Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses.
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottle, at source dispenser at warewashing sink and at source dispenser at mop sink all 200ppm. Test strips available.
*Reminded staff to keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth* Operator said only single use paper towels are used to wipe.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns. Drain plugs available.
Pans sent for warewashing to commissary at head office location once every 6 months.
No wooden boards on site - staff said head office no longer provides them.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered light covers in place..etc)
