Comments

General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius. Food storage practices are good. Organization of storage areas is good. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory. General sanitation is good. High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 74.7 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer). No signs of pests. Chemicals stored in a safe manner.
