Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed stainless steel bowls being dried with a purple drying cloth. The process was not verified as a sanitation plan was not available on site. On site assistant manager re-washed and sanitized stainless steel bowls at this time. All food contact surfaces are to be air dried after sanitized until verified otherwise.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding at 60C or higher.
Temperature log available and current.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 76.9C at the plate level.
Two compartment sink available and equipped for manual dishwashing.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Adequate in-use utensils storage noted.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
