Observation: Fruit flies were observed throughout the kitchen, staff states garbage disposal was missed a few days ago and the pest control company has been coming in once every 2 months
* Ensure garbage disposal is done on a frequent basis; recommend pouring bleach solution down all the drains; increase pest control services to every month or more as necessary, and follow all directions of the pest control company.
