Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing bucket observed to have large build up of food and organic debris. Utensils were being stored in sanitizing bucket at time of inspection. Bucket had 0 ppm sanitizing solution.
Corrective Action(s): Storage of utensils in sanitizing solution no longer permitted. All utensils should be put through dishwasher for cleaning and sanitizing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1)Thawing pork and seafood inside of sink near dishwasher stacked on top of each other at time of inspection.
2)Raw meat in cardboard box in walk in cooler seen to be releasing blood throughout the cooler
Corrective Action(s): 1)Ensure that meats are kept separate from seafood and other foods toprevent cross contamination that can lead to an FBI
2)Keep meat in protected container in the cooler and clean and sanitize area that is covered in blood.

Observation: Mouse droppings seen in 2nd floor bar area near glass cups.
Corrective Action(s): Remove mouse droppings and clean the area thoroughly with a bleach sanitizer solution. Operator advised to contact pest control company

Observation: General sanitation of the kitchen needs major inprovement:
-blood in walk in cooler needs to be cleaned up and floor sanitized
-Ice machine tray needs to be cleaned immediately
-Areas around perimeter of the kitchen, behind and around equipment and inside of equipment need cleaning under prep coolers
