Corrective Action: Repair the mechanical dishwasher and insure a minimum of 50ppm chlorine. In the meantime, sanitize dishes in the 2 compartment sink (100ppm concentration)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottle swas not labeled. Staff assumed the contents were alcohol even though it was bleach. Adequate labels are required on all chemical bottles.
Corrective Action: Label "chlorine/bleach" on the chemical bottle and ensure staff are aware of the chemicals used.
