304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mouse activity continues, but staff and Pest Control in constant dialogue to reduce rodent presence. Pest Control visiting weekly and was on-site today. Continue to follow advice of Pest Control. Corrective Action(s): Traps set throughout facility. Access to key rodent movement areas and for observing rodent activity improved. Steel plates currently being installed around preimiter walls of facility, especially where wood wall structure exists to try and limit and contol rodent movements. Continue to clean corners and hard to reach areas of facility to ensure minimal food debris accumulates. Violation Score: 3

Walk-in freezer completed. Measured at -21 C. New walk-in cooler good. below 4 C. New plastic coated wire shelves purchased. Walk-in cooler 1 at 2.5 C. Three compartment sink and area looks good. Divider area better maintained. Area looks much cleaner. New metal trolleys purchased. Old wooden ones (2) still on-site, but plans to remove to dump. Handwash stations good. Stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. NOTE: Proofer door where painted walls exposed still need to be covered in similar manner to rest of unit. Only used as proofer now. Good.
