Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing sinks are equipped with running hot/cold water for adequate hand washing. Repair/adjust hand washing sinks to allow for running hot and cold water. As a temporary measure ensure use of the sink by the kitchen doors - ensure this sink is stocked with soap and paper towel. Correct by: Immediately. Technician called and work order placed. Permit posted and up to date. FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection. Fridge temperatures at or below 4C. Freezer temperatures at or below -8 to -18C ambient air temperature. Hand washing sinks supplied with soap and paper towel. Three compartment sink available with QUATs solution registering at 200ppm. High temperature dishwasher at 74.1C at plate surface. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition and scoop stored in sanitary manner. Back hand washing sink adequately supplied. Sanitary facilities equipped with hot/cold running water and adequately supplied. Employees hair tied back and in uniform. General maintenance and sanitation of facility is satisfactory. Abell pest control company completes monthly visits. No pest issues observed during inspection.
